Wumpus

More work on enabling Latin1 extended characters - hopefully the work is general enough to allow other encodings using the same mechanisms.

I think all the code is now in place, except for extending the PostScript and SVG monads with ReaderT so they can take a consult TextEncoder during operation. A TextEncoder is a pair of functions for translating extended character directives between the named representation (PostScript) and the integer code representation (SVG).
