data-aviary

Copperbox revision 917.

I've added a module of inter-defined bird combinators. This has been useful in spotting transcription errors, but it's brought up some problems with the definitions I'm using - particularly apply aka Haskell's ($) which seemingly has a definition as S (SK) but then has a typing problem and the V* and V** combinators.

I was hoping this would be a one-day job at least for the birds, but it isn't going to be.
