Wumpus

Copperbox revision 952.

I've simplified wumpus-core so it just outputs RGB in the genereated PostScript. Other colour formats (HSB and gray scale) are converted to RGB before printing.

At some point I'll have to make the PostScript output more efficient regards graphics state changes for colours and line styles. Having the graphics state data types as simple as possible will be helpful for this.
