Copperbox revision 938.

I've made a new release of joinlist and uploaded it to Hackage - looking at the last release it was, ahem, not very good. This one at least improves things, though there are still quite a few functions that are a easy to add but not yet done (head, tail etc.) and I haven't done any test cases yet.

I've added a snoc list and a non-empty OneList to the joinlist project in Copperbox though I'll keep them away from Hackage for a bit.
