I've added rudimentary support for cell connectors in Matrix.Extra. The drawing isn't very good yet as I don't center the labels within the grid, or account for the bounding box when drawing the label.

Working on the GridPic example has turned up a serious bug with wumpus-core that it doesn't escape the special characters it sends to PostScript in a (...) show command. This can cause the whole drawing to fail to render not just the particular text. I'll have to look at fixing this fairly urgently.
