wumpus-core

Copperbox revision 1350.

Calculating the bounding box of (rotated) ellipses now looks like it is working correctly. I had to add some new functions to picture to draw control points so that I could visually check it. These new functions will need a bit of tidying as I hacked them together quite quickly - particularly drawing the control points of a curved path doesn't work yet.
