Copperbox revision 1344.

I've removed the dependency on 'old-time' and switched to 'time'. I rather regret doing this as I'm not a fan of the new time library, however it is one less dependency to chase from Hackage.

I've also updated the user guide - no new info but it needed changing to reflect that PictureLanguage has changed its namespace.
