Copperbox revision 1300.

I can now render triads to LilyPond via Neume. Unfortunately the code to do this isn't satisfactory. I make things quite convoluted because I'm using Neume's pitch representation which doesn't support arithmetic (e.g. adding intervals). Also its exposed a bug in Neume's chord printing, where the relative pitch isn't calculated correctly after the chord.
