Copperbox revision 2315.

I've moved Tolerance into Wumpus-Core and made the Point2 and Vec2 Eq and Ord instances tolerant.

This was less invasive than I had thought it would be - if client code needs very accurate equality for Points it can wrap a unit as a new type and declare a Tolerance instance with high accuracy. Points or vectors themselves need no change or wrapping.
