Copperbox revision 2323.

I've removed ScalingContext from Wumpus-Basic. It had become a loose end, as it's functionality is mostly superseded by snap-grid-factors in the DrawingContext.

The turtle drawing in Wumpus-Drawing was the main dependency and that's been updated. Wumpus-Tree will need checking.
