I've added a Chain demo and improved the interpretation function so it should produce elements properly on demand (previously it generated a prefix as a Hughes list).

The internals may change again though, as I want a fork primitive that runs a prefix chain then resumes at the prefix start point, rather than switch which runs the prefix chain and continues at the end point of the prefix.
