Copperbox revision 2350.

I've removed the parallelogram quadrant alg.  Some pathological parallelograms can have parts of three lines in a quadrant - this isn't handled by the current QuadrantAlgs.

This makes QuadrantAlgs look a bit less useful than I had initially imagined - rather than extending them to handle three lines or more, maybe something better is needed.
