Copperbox revision 2295.

I've added support for bold and italic in DocText. To the user these are simple operations - they work with the bold and italic weights of the current "font family" which abstracts away from having to know the font name for the bold weight. I've had to change the font loader in Wumpus-Basic to accommodate the idea of "font family", so some demos will currently be broken.
