Copperbox revision 846.

An attempt to implement the full set of affine transformations on pictures - rotates, scales, translations (not yet shears!). There is a bug somewhere - pictures are displaced when they shouldn't be - possibly I am changing the origin in the affine frame when I shouldn't.

There's also a problem with the type classes - incoherent / overlapping instances - which needs fixing.
