I'm having trouble with affine frames again. I revised the rendering of the picture type so that instead of composing a function that represents a point in the current frame (and with function composition I had nested frames) I've gone to a first order representation and consider the affine frame as a transformation matrix. Unfortunately it isn't working correctly - rotations for instance go in the wrong direction. Time to check my geometry again...
