Work on assembling ABC output into something renderable with abcm2ps.
This is essentially adding a layer of pretty print combinators to print tune number, key and meter fields. About this time last year, I wrote a lot of these pretty printers before I realized that ABC and LilyPond output would need internal processing (such as bracketing, relative pitch rewriting etc.), so I have a lot this work half-done already.
