More re-factoring.
I've tidied up the scaling of the tree according to sibling and level distances - previously I called these parameters sx and sy but this actually caused a bug where I was taking the wrongly swapping them around for horizontally growing trees. Also, it looks like I will need two tree renderers - one for LocGraphic and one for Graphic (which allows more capabilities) - so I've done some tidying up towards this.

- Disambiguating biog as there are a few Stephen Tetley's in the world. I'm neither a cage fighter or yachtsman. I studied Fine Art in the nineties (foundation Bradford 1992, degree Cheltenham 1992 - 95) then Computing part-time at Leeds Met graduating in 2003.
