HNotate

Copperbox revision 520.

Disappointingly, now that I'm reviewing HNotate, most of the code seems terribly complex. I was hope that only some of the code was far to complicated.

I've redone the bar splitting and beam grouping algorithms, though they aren't incorporated into the main code yet.
