Mullein

Copperbox revision 752.

I've added a note type with fingering annotations on the Mullein branch. I had to added an extra type class and change some signatures for the LilyPond rewrite functions, so the types I came up with yesterday weren't quite adequate. The changes aren't too bad though, I think I still manage to be flexible and (not too far from) simple.
